Preparing for Your Appointment

Medication List:

Please bring a list of all your current medications, including their names, strengths, and dosage instructions. If possible, bringing the original prescription bottles or take clear photos of them with your phone.

Arrival Time:

Arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time helps us get you checked in and ready for your appointment without rush. Remember, we generally focus on one main health concern per visit to give you the best care possible. If you have more than one issue to discuss, let us know when you book your appointment so we can allocate enough time.

Punctuality:

Being on time is greatly appreciated as it helps us keep the day running smoothly for all our patients. If something comes up and you can’t make it on time, just give us a quick call. We’re here to work with you to reschedule if necessary.
