Allison brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field to her new role as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked as a nurse in the emergency department, pediatric intensive care, outpatient orthopedic surgery, and as a paramedic in prehospital care. Her new career focus as a nurse practitioner will allow her to use her experience to partner with her patients in achieving their best degree of wellness through prevention, chronic disease management, and care of the array of illnesses and injuries that are a part of the human experience.
Allison earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota and her Master of Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama at Mobile.
In 2003 the native North Dakotan moved to Arizona to enjoy a milder winter climate and enjoy the array of outdoor activities Northern Arizona provides. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, traveling, DIY home projects, and her pets.
